My Path

Norm Miles is the Chief Revenue Officer at INTETHIQ, where he is the catalyst for optimizing our in-house revenue operations growth through business development ecosystems and omnichannel marketing strategies.

Norm has been afforded nearly three decades of industry experience in the areas of business development, human capital advisory, operations management, capital investment/development and social impact.  Norm is a proven thought-leader, and his contributions help ignite strategies that are built on the philosophy of ‘Ubuntu’ – translated as 'I Am Because We Are’.  Norm believes the recognition of “we” is the driver for building communities holistically. Be it through creating networks for business ventures or simply advancing how each of us thrives daily in our own cultures and communities.

Norm has most recently been a Senior Vice President at Cannon Design where he led the positioning of Social Impact, DEI, and Cultural Excellence as a solution to make generational changes in how equity, community economic impact and social wellbeing is experienced through the built environment and beyond – focusing primarily on Healthcare, Academic Medical Centers/Higher Education and Commercial industries.

Norm also was a Partner at Korn Ferry where he spearheaded business development and the execution of large-scale Organizational Design/Change Management, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) engagements in Korn Ferry’s healthcare/organizational strategy vertical.

Norm’s path was initially shaped through many years in healthcare operations and advisory, but he has also worked extensively in capital development/architectural solutions. The sum of these experiences has created for Norm a deep and diversified perspective on people, process and strategy.  Norm is invested in maximizing every moment to drive real change in the way we interact as business partners and humans.  Norm brings a perspective and style that is grounded in understanding clients and positioning what is needed and necessary.  There will never be a time he will advocate for anything than what is best to accelerate and accentuate the work of other business partners.

Norm is a frequent speaker at conferences and social media events.  He is a graduate of Oakwood University (B.A.), The University of Michigan (MHSA) and The University of Denver Daniels School of Business (MBA).
